SENVÈ currently ships to addresses in the United States.
Processing
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Shipping options and rates
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 on orders under $45.
- Standard Shipping: free on orders of $45 or more.
- Express Shipping: $15.00.
Rates are calculated at checkout on your order subtotal after discounts. During limited-time promotions, selected products may ship free regardless of order value; when that applies, it is shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout. Express shipping isn't available on orders made up only of promotional free-shipping items.
Delivery
Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location and aren't guaranteed. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or shows delivered but you can't find the parcel, email contact@senve.store with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, email us as soon as possible after ordering. We can't guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
