Standard shipping is $4.99, and free on orders of $45 or more. The threshold applies to every product, with no exceptions.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it leaves.

Email us as soon as possible after ordering. We can't guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original condition and packaging. Email contact@senve.store with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Opened skincare can't be returned unless it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Full details in the refund policy.

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out.
