SENVÈ currently ships to addresses in the United States.
Processing
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Shipping options and rates
- Standard shipping: $8.00, free on orders of $70 or more.
- Express shipping: $15.00.
The SENVÈ Neck & Face Device and the 7-Color LED Light Therapy Mask currently ship free. Rates and options are calculated at checkout based on your cart and address.
Delivery
Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location and aren't guaranteed. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or shows delivered but you can't find the parcel, email contact@senve.store with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, email us as soon as possible after ordering. We can't guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
